Getting care from MobileMD is simple, safe, and convenient. Our licensed medical providers bring urgent care directly to your home or office. Here’s what to expect:
1. Call Our Care Team
Contact us at 216-512-1755 to request a visit.
If we’re assisting another patient and unable to answer right away, you may be directed to voicemail. Please leave your name, number, and a brief message — a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible, or by the next business day if it’s after hours.
2. Tell Us What’s Going On
Describe your symptoms, and let us know if anyone else in your household needs to be seen during the visit.
3. We’ll Gather a Few Quick Details
To schedule your appointment, we’ll collect some basic information including your location, insurance (if applicable), and preferred pharmacy.
4. Appointment Time Window Provided
You’ll receive a time window for your visit. When your licensed provider is en route, they’ll call or text you with an estimated arrival time.
5. In-Home Medical Evaluation
Your provider will arrive at your location, perform a thorough exam, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
6. Prescriptions, If Needed
Any necessary prescriptions will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy at the end of your visit.
7. Follow-Up Care
We’ll check in by phone or text to make sure you’re feeling better and answer any follow-up questions.
